2024 - Raffle Draw Promotion – Nigeria
1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the Promotional Raffle Draw (“Promotion”) organized by Hantec Markets Limited (the “Company”) for clients located in Nigeria (the “Client” or “Participant”). By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1.2. The Promotion is exclusive to Clients who meet the specific eligibility criteria set out herein and is valid only for Clients who have received a direct email from the Company inviting them to participate.
2. Promotional Period
2.1. The Promotion will run from 01 November 2024 to 31 November 2024 (“Promotional Period”). Any entry or participation outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted and is deemed void.
3. Eligibility Criteria
3.1. Direct Invitation: Only Clients who receive an official invitation directly from the Company about the Promotion are eligible to participate. The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each Participant.
3.2. Minimum Deposit: To participate, the Client must deposit a minimum of a hundred US Dollars (USD $100) into their standard trading account during the Promotional Period.
3.3. Trading Volume: The Client must trade a minimum volume of 0.01 lots exclusively on forex or gold instruments. Trades on other instruments (e.g., indices, stocks, or commodities) will not count towards eligibility.
3.4. Account Type: The Promotion is only open to Clients with a standard trading account. Other account types are excluded.
3.5. Account Status: Participants must be either ID approved or compliance approved in accordance with the Company’s policies.
3.6. Participants who have accounts prior to the Promotion must not have previously funded their account before the Promotional Period.
3.7. Single Entry: Each Client is allowed a maximum of one entry into the Promotion. Multiple entries, even if more than the minimum deposit or trading volume is achieved, are strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification.
4. Prize
4.1. The winner will receive one DELL Laptop and HM Goodies, with an approximate combined value of four hundred seventy US Dollars (USD $470).
4.2. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be substituted for cash or any other product or service. The Company reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of similar or greater value, at its sole discretion, in the event the advertised Prize is unavailable.
4.3. Prize Taxation: The responsibility for any tax liabilities associated with the receipt of the Prize lies with the winner. The Company shall not be responsible for any tax implications related to the Prize.
5. Entry Limit
5.1. Only one entry per eligible Client is permitted. Multiple entries, even if the deposit or trading volume exceeds the minimum, will not increase the chances of winning.
6. Raffle Draw and Winner Notification
6.1. The winner of the Promotion will be selected via a random draw, which will be conducted by the Company after the Promotional Period ends.
6.2. Notification of Winners: The winner will be notified via the email address registered with their Company account within fourteen (14) calendar days after the conclusion of the Promotional Period.
6.3. If a winner fails to respond to the notification within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of notification, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner from the pool of eligible Participants.
6.4. The Company’s decision in selecting the winner is final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
6.5. The Company reserves the right to verify the identity of the selected winner before awarding the Prize.
7. General Terms
7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason.
7.2. The Company is not responsible for any technical or communication failures that may affect participation.
7.3. Participation in the Promotion does not confer any right to additional claims after the receipt of the Prize as outlined in these T&Cs.
8. Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the Prize, including but not limited to, loss of opportunity, loss of income, or any failure to win or receive the Prize.
8.2. By participating in this promotion, participants will be deemed to have accepted all the Terms & Conditions and disclaimers and hold harmless the Company, their respective parent companies, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, managers, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, damage, fines, penalties, actions, judgement, settlement, claims, demands, costs, and expenses of any kind, including legal fees, arising from or in connection with this competition or use of the prizes won or by reason of or related or incidental to any act, default or omission and/or any breach of representation and warranty set forth herein by you under these Terms and Conditions.
8.3. By participating in this promotion, participants will be deemed to have accepted all the Terms & Conditions and disclaimers and hold harmless the Company, their respective parent companies, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, managers, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, damage, fines, penalties, actions, judgement, settlement, claims, demands, costs, and expenses of any kind, including legal fees, arising from or in connection with this competition or use of the prizes won or by reason of or related or incidental to any act, default or omission and/or any breach of representation and warranty set forth herein by you under these Terms and Conditions.
9. Amendments
9.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, including but not limited to the T&Cs, the Promotional Period, or the Prize, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
9.2. The Company will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by Participants due to any amendments, suspension, or termination of the Promotion.
10. Disqualification
10.1. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Promotion if, at its sole discretion, it determines that the Participant:
(a) Has provided false, inaccurate, or incomplete information;
(b) Engaged in fraudulent or dishonest conduct in relation to their participation;
(c) Violates any laws, regulations, or these T&Cs;
(d) Has created multiple accounts for the purpose of entering the Promotion multiple times;
(e) Breaches the Company’s standard trading terms and conditions.
10.2. Disqualification will result in the forfeiture of any right to claim a Prize, and the Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
11. Miscellaneous:
11.1. The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations under these T&Cs if such delay or failure arises from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, cyber-attacks, or governmental restrictions.
11.2. These T&Cs may be translated in different languages. In case of discrepancy between English and non-English texts with regards to the interpretation of these terms and conditions or the scope of their application, the English text shall prevail.
11.3. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and the Client regarding the promotion and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, related to the promotion. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11.4. Trading on margin carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. A high degree of leverage can both amplify profits and losses. Investors should be fully aware of the risks involved and consider their investment objectives and level of experience before trading. It is advisable to seek independent financial advice if in doubt.
11.5. The promotion cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated by us.
11.6. The company’s decisions in the event of a dispute are final and binding.
11.7. By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
