1. Introduction
1.1. Hantec Markets Limited, authorized and regulated by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) under License Number C114013940 (hereafter referred to as “the Company” or “Hantec”), hereby offers the “Double Performance Fees Promotion” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) to its Eligible Clients, subject exclusively to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This offer is made at Hantec’s absolute discretion.
2. Campaign Period
2.1. The Campaign commences at 00:00 (GMT+7) 12 January 2026, and concludes at 11:59 PM (GMT +7) on March 12, 2026. Hantec reserves the right to modify the Campaign period with no notice.
3. Conditions of Eligibility
3.1. Subject to the client agreement and all other applicable business terms and policies, the Campaign is available exclusively to Hantec partners who have successfully registered and been approved as strategy providers on Hantec Social (hereinafter referred to as the “Eligible Clients” or “Eligible Client”). Participation is strictly limited to such partners and is contingent upon the existence of a valid client agreement between Hantec and the Eligible Client.
3.2. The Campaign may be offered by Hantec from time to time to clients who open live trading accounts with Hantec, where a client agreement is in place between the Eligible Client and Hantec. These clients may be referred to Hantec via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific campaigns, and/or surveys that Hantec may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.
3.3. Only individuals who are legally capable of forming binding contracts under the laws of their country of residence may participate in the Campaign. Specifically, individuals under the age of 18, or the legal age of majority in their country of residence, are ineligible.
3.4. The participation of Intermediaries/Related Parties is strictly prohibited. Hantec reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant whose registration and/or trading data matches that of another participant, including, but not limited to, shared IP addresses. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediaries/Related Parties” when used in these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the Campaign, including, without limitation:
a) family members, such as brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants, and collateral descendants;
b) person or entity, whom any participant in the Campaign, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the Campaign; for purposes of this definition, the term control (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the Campaign, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.
c) Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with Hantec and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which Hantec may be running from time- to-time certain specific Campaigns, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the Campaign is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.
4. Eligibility Criteria
4.1. The Campaign is open exclusively to Hantec Social strategy providers.
4.2. Trades executed on all tradable symbols available on the Hantec trading platform shall be considered for the purpose of reward calculation.
4.3. The account of the Participant should be fully approved.
4.4. PAMM accounts are not eligible for this Campaign. Cent and other account types that are eligible for participation on Hantec Social may participate, provided all other conditions are met. Regardless of account type, rewards will be based on trading volume calculated as standard lots only.
5. Qualification Criteria:
5.1. The total duration of the Campaign is sixty (60) days, which is divided into two (2) separate thirty (30)-day qualification cycles. Total copier-traded lots are calculated separately for each thirty (30)-day cycle and shall not be aggregated over the full sixty (60)-day Campaign Period. Earnings and rewards are determined solely based on the traded volume achieved within each individual cycle.
Cycle 1: From 00:00 (GMT+7) 12 January to 11:59 PM (GMT +7) 10 February 2026
Cycle 2: From 00:00 (GMT+7) 11 February to 11:59 PM (GMT +7) 12 March 2026
5.2. The Campaign is available to Hantec Social strategy providers with a minimum of one hundred (100) copier-traded standard lots in each thirty (30)-day cycle.
5.3. Accordingly, earnings and rewards are based solely on the traded volume achieved within each individual cycle.
5.4. By meeting the qualifying criteria set forth above during a cycle, the Eligible Client shall be entitled to receive a double performance fee reward, subject to the applicable cap.
5.5. Performance fees earned during each cycle shall be doubled in accordance with the tier structure outlined in Clause 6.
6. Rewards
6.1. Eligible Clients shall be rewarded based on copier-traded volume achieved during each thirty (30)-day cycle, as follows:

6.2. Rewards shall be calculated per cycle, and eligibility or rewards in one cycle shall not affect the other.
6.3. Notwithstanding that the Campaign consists of two (2) separate thirty (30)-day qualification cycles, rewards earned under this Campaign shall be calculated separately for each cycle, but shall be credited in a single payment only, within thirty (30) days following the end of the full Campaign Period.
7. Specific Terms
7.1 The Company reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8. General Terms
8.1. Hantec reserves the right to modify, amend or terminate the Campaign or any aspect of it at any time. Prior notice of such changes will be given to clients and Hantec will post any such changes on its website. It is recommended that participants in the Campaign consult these Terms & Conditions on Hantec’s website regularly. Please note that taking part in the Campaign constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.
8.2. Participation in this Campaign is permitted regardless of the Eligible Client’s participation in other Hantec partnership programs, promotions, bonuses (including earn-out bonuses), or account features such as swap-free accounts, unless otherwise determined by Hantec at its sole discretion. By participating in this Campaign, participants will be deemed to have accepted all the Terms & Conditions and disclaimers and hold harmless Hantec Markets, their respective parent companies, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, managers, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, damage, fines, penalties, actions, judgement, settlement, claims, demands, costs, and expenses of any kind, including legal fees, arising from or in connection with this competition or use of the prizes won or by reason of or related or incidental to any act, default or omission and/or any breach of representation and warranty set forth herein by you under these Terms and Conditions.
8.3. Any indication or suspicion, in Hantec’s sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk free profiting), abuse, fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to this Campaign or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previously credited cashback of the Eligible Client’s real trading accounts with Hantec and/or any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances, Hantec reserves the right, at its sole discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client’s real trading account(s) with Hantec, cancel all orders and annul all profits of such participant. In these circumstances, Hantec shall not be liable for any consequences of the trading credit cancelation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by stop out.
8.4. In case of discrepancy between English and non-English texts with regards to the interpretation of these terms and conditions or the scope of their application, the English text shall prevail.
8.5. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Hantec and the client regarding the Campaign and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, related to the Campaign. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions willremain in fullforce and effect
9. Disclaimer
9.1. Trading on margin carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can amplify both profits and losses.
