Job Description

We are looking for a motivated person who would like to join our operations team to become a Payment Processing Manager.
This involves having a deep understanding of how the funds flow within the firm couples with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for discussions and negotiations with payment agents for online payment services including e-wallet, local banking and card payment facilities
  • Dealing with payment settlements, including statements, timely and correct withdrawals and deposits, accounting and controlling public facing payment information (website).
  • Researching the payment solutions on the payments market
  • Optimization of the conversion rates related to online payments
  • Automating payment processes
  • Reporting and analyzing payment funds
  • Assuring products and services compliance with applicable regulation

  • Determine and document general guides and best practices for the various internal departments that use the CRM.
  • Understand the various integrations with the CRM and how other system processes may impact the CRM and/or Client Portal.
  • Communicate with internal users to determine improvements that can be made to the CRM and/or Client Portal and work with 3rd party developers to implement them.
  • Liaise with internal staff and 3rd party developers to troubleshoot and resolve any errors or issues that arise with the CRM and/or Client Portal.
  • Working with IT for all Metatrader requirements.

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience administering a CRM, preferably at an FX Broker.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services FX, CFD or Spread Betting markets.

Purpose:

Hantec Markets is looking for a CRM Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the CRM and Client Portal used by its staff and clients. The CRM and Client Portal are two of the most important systems used by the business: they are crucial components that facilitate Hantec’s ability to create value for clients. You will have a central role in shaping how these systems enable Hantec to do this.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the CRM and Client Portal. This includes, but is not limited to, creating new users, data importing, answering queries from staff and amending existing features and functionality.
  • Create and document guides and best practices for the various internal departments that use the CRM. You will be solely responsible for continuously amending these guides as we expand on the functionality of the CRM and as our own internal processes change.
  • Ensure that the procedures related to the CRM are adhered to by both individuals and systems that use it. You will provide training to both new and existing users on these procedures.
  • Communicate with internal users to determine improvements that can be made to the CRM and/or the Client Portal and work with 3rd party developers to implement them. Prior to any development being signed off, you will conduct an impact analysis to determine how existing processes and integrations will be affected.
  • Create rigorous testing procedures whenever a new piece of development has been completed on either the CRM or Client Portal.
  • Work with marketing to ensure that the client portal provides the most optimal user experience for clients.
  • Liaise with internal staff and 3rd party developers to resolve any errors or issues that arise with the CRM and/or Client Portal. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving these issues with help from our teams.
  • Manage the various integrations with the CRM and understand how other systems may impact the CRM and Client Portal.
  • Ensure that all data is up to date, correct, and standardised on the CRM and any other system which is integrated with it. You will manage any process which sends data to our CRM to ensure the quality of data meets the required standard.

 

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience administering a CRM, preferably at an FX Broker.
  • Basic knowledge of FX and CFDs.
  • Knowledge of MT4, MT5 and/or other trading platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation systems such as Pardot is beneficial.
  • Understanding of the SDLC and how this applies to the successful planning and delivery of new functionality.
  • Familiarity with a range of data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools, such as SQL, Power BI and Google Analytics.
  • Detail orientated and structured with the ability to prioritise work based on the objectives of the business.
  • Proactive and forward thinking – there will always be a way to improve upon the use of existing systems and enhance the company’s efficiency. You must take the initiative in determining where these improvements can be made and plan how to deploy them across the business.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work across multiple teams
  • Excellent communicator – you will be in constant contact with CRM users, departments and 3rd party developers while performing this role. You will need to be able to explain and discuss ongoing issues, new developments and future plans in a clear and concise way.
